I called Budweiser some years back and asked about this item.  Nobody there had any information.
It is THAT Rare.
My guess is that if you have a Budweiser Collection, you don't have one of these!
I think I found this in the attic or basement of my parents house some 20 years ago.  For it being made of Cardboard, it is in fantastic condition.  Yes, it does have some discoloration and some fraying on the corners, but all flaps are intact and the inside is really clean.
